A delegation of Estonian companies visited the Great Stone Industrial Park on February 20, 2020 during a business mission under the aegis of the chambers of commerce of Estonia and Belarus. “We did not expect the airport was so close to the Great Stone,” said Margus Ilmyär, head of the delegation. “Of course, it’s a great opportunity for business in establishing close relations.”
All the guests were represented by the TOP-managers of famous Estonian manufactures of metal structures for engineering and construction, of office and hospitality furniture, textile and knitwear, uniforms as well as an airline, a port and logistics companies. As the delegation noted, the scale of the project is impressive: the area of the industrial park (112 sq.km) is a bit less than the area of Tallinn (159 sq.km). The business conditions of the Great Stone industrial park and plans for its development are admirable.
After the Great stone presentation Estonian companies held direct negotiations with the residents of the park. “We are sure that in Great stone will be much more companies with Estonian capital,” said the head of the delegation. “We'll be back soon.”
