China-Belarus Industrial Park «Great Stone»

The industrial park is located 25 km from Minsk, the capital of Belarus, next to the Berlin-Moscow transnational highway, and close to the international airport (3 km) and railway lines. The first of the park’s two construction phases has been completed, and the park currently occupies an area of 8.5km². It contains production and logistic zones, a Research and Development Center, office buildings as well as residential accommodation. Further developments in the park are planned which include construction of a rail freight terminal and direct connection to the planned rail link running from the airport and Minsk city centre.
