The development company builds and offers for rent or sale in private ownership typical production buildings. Currently, production facilities with a total area of 41.5 thousand m2 have been built. Under construction are typical buildings with a total area of 22 thousand m2. Ceiling heights up to 5 meters, floor loads up to 5 tons per 1 m2, beam cranes, freight elevators.
Within the first stage of development of the Park on the total area of 850 hectares modern 4-6 lanes with asphalt roads with a total length of about 17 km were built, street lighting is implemented, pavements are made with bicycle lanes.
Recognized as the project of 2017 in Belarus. The eight-story office building designed by the architects of “Gomelproekt” is one of the first facilities on the territory of the Sino-Belarusian Great Stone Industrial Park. In architectural terms, the building is notable for wide, multi-level terraces that give the facade the shape of steps. It houses the CJSC “Industrial Park Development Company”, the State Institution “Administration of the Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park“ Great Stone ”, the Center for Integrated Services for Investors“ One Station”, as well as about 30 tenants.
In June 2019, the grand opening of the new Fire Station took place. The firefighters are armed with modern machinery and equipment. The technopark consists of two off-road tankers with a capacity of 10 tons of fire extinguishing agent, an AL-30 ladder, and also backup equipment. The radius of the new unit’s departure is not limited only to the territory of the industrial park: rescuers entering the unit on duty provide security for the surrounding settlements. The personnel of the unit totals 54 people, every day 14 rescuers take up combat duty.
In the Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone" for contractors there is a construction camp with the ability to accommodate more than 1.5 thousand people. On an area of 7 hectares, five sites equipped with the necessary engineering infrastructure for the placement of five contractors were prepared. An infrastructure for leisure activities has also been created: a universal sports ground, an area with exercise equipment for exercising on the street, a container town for amenities and leisure facilities.
The largest trade and exhibition complex in the country with all the related infrastructure has been built and operates on the territory of the Park. The exhibition pavilion has the status of a national center. Large-scale international exhibitions and conferences are held on the site of the center. On July 1-3, 2019, the international Forum on regional cooperation and development was held at the exhibition complex as part of the Belt and Way initiative. A modern exhibition center that meets international standards is a popular specialized venue for the presentation of products and services both among national and foreign companies.
156 spacious apartments with modern furniture and household appliances are ready for citizens of the park. Next two more residential buildings with more than 160 apartments, a kindergarten and a clinic are planning. By 2025, more than 2,000 apartments, 2 kindergartens, a school, a clinic, a shopping-mall will appear in the Great Stone.
Car traffic is organized around the perimeter of a residential area and does not cross pedestrian paths. Landscaped areas with children’s and sports fields, places for relaxation are organized in all yards and along pedestrian paths.The house was built for the technical and economic assistance of China to Belarus.
There are 19000 sq. m of premises to support startups. 5 platforms are prearranged, including incubation, production and financial zone, demonstration and trade zone, research and development zone, and manufacturing zone. Unique opportunities for business development are established: free rental period up to 6 months, trainings and educational programs, stock investment in the project. The work of the Сenter is in synergy with the “Iskra” financing program, which unites international capital and supports incubation of projects.The center is being built for the technical and economic assistance of China to Belarus.

The industrial park is located 25 km away from Minsk, the capital of the Republic of Belarus, in a unique natural complex and in close proximity to the international airport, railway lines, and the Berlin-Moscow transnational highway. In the territory of the park it is planned to place production and residential zones, office buildings and shopping malls, the financial and research centers. The project develops within interstate Chinese-Belarusian cooperation according to the signed relevant intergovernmental agreements. Any companies regardless of capital country origin can act as a resident of the industrial park.
